Refund & Cancellation
Noqu Vale Pte Ltd, Suva, Fiji · Last updated 7 July 2026
This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work at Noqu Vale Pte Ltd (Suva, Fiji). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Annual plans are prepaid
A Noqu Vale plan is prepaid for a 12-month term. Because we begin building and hosting your site straight away, the annual fee is generally non-refundable once your plan starts, except as set out below.
2. How to cancel
You can stop using Noqu Vale at any time — there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge, because plans do not auto-renew. If you would like us to close your account and remove your data, do so from Account settings, or email us and we’ll take care of it.
3. What happens to your site and domain
When your subscription ends — whether you cancel or simply choose not to renew — we stop hosting your published site at expiry. If your plan includes a custom domain, we will, on request, transfer the domain out to a registrar of your choice at no charge, subject to the usual registry transfer rules. On the Growth plan you can also export your site’s source to your own GitHub account before you go, so you keep your work.
4. Supercharge credit-refund window
A Supercharge is a premium, cinematic regeneration of your site. If a Supercharge result isn’t for you, you can revert it and we will refund the Supercharge credit — provided you do so within 24 hours of applying it. After 24 hours the credit is considered used. This window covers the Supercharge credit only; it does not refund your annual plan fee.
5. How to request a refund
For anything the app can’t handle directly — for example a billing error — email billing@noquvale.com with your account email and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
