Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Noqu Vale Pte Ltd (Suva, Fiji) collects when you use Noqu Vale, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account details — the email address you sign in with, and basic account status.
- Business details — the information you give us about your business during onboarding (name, description, contact details, hours, and similar).
- Site content — the text, images, and settings that make up your website.
- Analytics — aggregate, cookieless visit counts for your published site. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Payment records — we keep a record of what you paid and when. Card details themselves are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to create and host your website, provide support and concierge editing, process payments and renewals, keep the service secure, and send you service-related messages such as renewal reminders. We do not sell your data.
3. Processors we use
We share data with a small set of trusted providers strictly to run the service:
- Supabase — database and authentication (stores your account, business, and site data).
- Vercel — application hosting and site delivery.
- ZeptoMail — transactional email (e.g. sign-in codes, renewal reminders).
- Stripe and PayPal — payment processing.
Each processor handles your data under its own terms and only as needed to provide its part of the service.
4. Retention
We keep your account, business, and site data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal and site data, retaining only what we must for legal, tax, or accounting reasons (for example, payment records) and for the period required.
5. Your rights
You can access and update most of your information directly in your dashboard. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes your data as described above. To make any other request about your data, email us using the contact below.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will notify you of a breach where required.
